Wine cellar Jacques ZieglerThe wine cellar Jacques Ziegler attaches great importance to the environment and uses the lunar calendar to work and respect the rhythm of nature as much as possible. The company is moving towards an organic farming transition, which it has been able to achieve with the certification received for the 2021 vintage. It is continuing its quality approach towards its next objective, Biodynamics. Their plots are located in Bollenberg (Natura 2000 classified site), in the grand cru of Pfingstberg and in Lippelsberg which benefit from exceptional sunshine throughout the year.
