Around thirty winegrowers from the Guebwiller winegrowing sub-region (from Thann to Hattstatt) are offering an exclusive free tasting of their vintage of the year.
Originally, this fair, which was very popular with restaurateurs, enabled professionals to discover last year's vintage exclusively. Nowadays, the event has been taken over by the general public, and every year tourists and locals alike gather in Guebwiller on Ascension Thursday for an exceptional day out.

The guest of honor at the 73rd edition is the Italian region of Campania, with "Taurasi" Irpinia wines.
