A holiday is the perfect opportunity to wander round the markets and try the local produce. Markets are great for discovering what a region has to offer (fruit and vegetables, honeys and jams) including the farm produce (charcuterie, cheese, milk and butter)! During the summer period, the traditional mountain market of Lautenbach-zell promises a pleasant stroll in a warm and friendly atmosphere! Or you can find a good culinary selection at the Tourist Office boutique, including a number of local specialities (terrines, organic beers, etc.) which make nice souvenirs of Alsace to take away with you.
