The winegrowers of the Pays du Florival region invite you to visit their cellars along the wine route, at Wuenheim, Soultz, Guebwiller, Bergholtz, Bergholtz-Zell, Orschwhir and Soultzmatt. You can try one or more of the varietal wines of Alsace: Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Muscat and Gewurztraminer (only the latter 4 can be grown in the Grand Cru vineyards). You'll understand how each grape variety produces wines that match specific dishes of Alsace!
